  I have read the Program update notes from the HELP menu
  I have read the Frequently Asked Questions section on this web site
  I have downloaded and installed the current program update from this web site
  I have downloaded and installed the Crystal Reports CRW-UFL update from this web site (if the problem is with a report and I hadn't previously loaded this update)
  I have turned my computer off, restarted it and tried again
  I have repaired the database (after restarting the computer)
  The problem is still happening
